FallFest 2026 - A big, joyful day in the park.

Whether you come all the time or have never set foot in Gwynns Falls/Leakin Park, FallFest is a great day to spend an October afternoon in Baltimore’s 1,000-acre woodland.

Live music from Barrage Band

This year, we’re turning up the energy with Barrage Band, Baltimore’s own street band.

Barrage Band brings an exuberant mix of Eastern European music, Klezmer, New Orleans second line, funky folk and punk covers to the park.

Listen. Dance. Wander over with your cider. This is music made for a crowd.

Try something. Make something. Meet a turtle.

Take aim with family-friendly archery. Make something with Art with a Heart and try leaf stamping, impressions and rubbings. Meet a turtle from Carrie Murray Nature Center. Play in the kids area. Grab some cider and popcorn and stay awhile.

Visit the Sacred Space

Fall is a season of transition, and a good time to slow down and notice what’s changing around us.

Take a  short walk from the main FallFest activities and visit the park's Sacred Space.   includes a Hopi labyrinth, Cherokee arbor circle and magnolia grove leading into the forest. Created as a place for peace, reflection and connection with nature, the space invites visitors to slow down and experience another side of the park.Brenda Pinkney, Sacred Space steward, will offer smudging experiences during FallFest
