Stop by the nature center's table to meet an animal ambassador, discover artifacts (touching is encouraged) and check out brochures and fliers for upcoming events
Join a naturalist for a relaxed, family-friendly nature walk through the beautiful forests of Gwynns Falls/Leakin Park. We'll meander the trails, forage for seasonal wineberries (when available), and slow down to notice the plants, animals, and hidden wonders that make this urban forest so special. Come connect with nature, ask questions, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon outdoors together.
As usual, it will be set up by the Honeymoon Cottage and open from about 1 to 4. Certain weather conditions such as wind or rain can affect the walls operation.
Where is the park?
On the western edge of Baltimore, right where Interstate 70 terminates.
