Honor Earth Day with a community gathering full of art, nature, and connection. Enjoy guided mini-hikes, meet local eco-artists, and contribute to a collaborative “Forest Mural” made from natural pigments and recycled materials.
We will be making seed paper and seed bombs to take home and plant in green spaces to grow native wildflowers. There will be a self-guided, story-hike set up along the trail, featuring a storybook about Earth Day, that leads folks to the Magnolia Grove with each page. This time of year, the magnolias are in full bloom, and there will be a photo booth set up for you to take gorgeous photos with a pink and purple petal backdrop!
Where is the park?
On the western edge of Baltimore, right where Interstate 70 terminates.
