There will be two options -- a shorter walk on paved paths only, and a longer, more challenging hike. Leashed dogs are welcome. In case of inclement weather, makeup day will be Saturday, January 4, same time and place.
Hike leaders will point out both native plants and invasive species. We’ll talk about the threat that invasive species present to the forest, and what you can do to combat this threat.
Where is the park?
On the western edge of Baltimore, right where Interstate 70 terminates.
