City Council Moves Forward to Approve Pipeline Deal

Despite a lawsuit from FOGFLP, as well as objections from other park advocates, the Baltimore City Council has approved the BGE pipeline deal (after it has been constructed), and is now moving forward with the leasing agreement of $1.4 million dollars, one-tenth of the appraised amount of $14 million.

Where is the park? 

On the western edge of Baltimore, right where Interstate 70 terminates.
