  This free 5K run occurs every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM.  All ages are welcome.  While many serious runners join us, Parkrun is not a race-- it is a fun run or walk for good health or to track your times. There is an optional social afterwards.

  Kids and strollers are welcome.  Dogs too! (one dog per runner).  Participants tend to span all age groups and levels of fitness.  

  Our group of dedicated runners let almost nothing stop them, so we're out if it's sunny and beautiful, or if it's snowy and cold.  Rarely, weather conditions or global pandemics do force us to re-route or cancel.  Check out our Facebook page for last minute updates.

  SECOND SUNDAY

  A FREE Baltimore tradition you can count on and should not miss!

  Second Sundays have long brought families from near and far to enjoy one of our cherished parks.

  Every second Sunday From April to November, FOGFLP will join community partners including Chesapeake and Alleghany Steamers, Carrie Murray Nature Center, Outward Bound, and others for much needed time outside! Mark your calendars, and be sure to spread the word!

  Picnic spaces are available and encouraged!

  Parking Information:

  Attendees have the option to park in two locations to ensure a safe environment for all. Click the link below for Google Maps directions to either lot.
